Join us for our next Cwrdd event to hear from Mark Jones.
Mark Jones is a volunteer and Transport Ambassador with Gig Buddies Cymru, a project run by Learning Disability Wales that connects people with learning disabilities and autism with volunteers who share their interests. In this talk, Mark shares his lived experience and the difference Gig Buddies has made to his life — and his wife’s. Opening with his poem Life Sentence, he reflects on inclusion, accessibility, and the importance of transport in helping people take part in social life, build friendships, and feel part of their community.
