Wales State of the Nation 2025 - Mencap Survey

Mencap's State of the Nation Survey is open until the 14th of November.

We want to hear from people with a learning disability and their families in Wales about some of the key issues in their lives.

The survey includes questions on a range of issues, from people’s experiences of public transport, to visiting their GP surgery. We are also asking people what they think are the most important things which need to happen to make Wales a better place to live for people with a learning disability and their families.
