The Joy of Hand Stitch - Eileen Harrisson

All are welcome to the workshop, those familiar with using stitch as artistic medium, but equally those without any experience, as I will be explaining everything in the course of the workshop. I will supply all materials but if anyone has an 8inch hoop to bring, this would be helpful. We will look at simple stitches which can be used to interpret any number of subjects and we will stitch some of these in the workshop. I will bring examples of work with me and also some cards, postcards and copies of my ‘Invitation’ booklet which will be available to buy. I will also show how stitched work can make successful prints.
