Equal Power Equal Voice (EPEV) is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026-2027 round of our all-Wales cross-equalities mentoring and training programme. Our mission is to increase the representation of people from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups in public and political life in Wales. We aim to achieve this through a comprehensive programme that includes training, networking, and bespoke one-to-one mentoring.

Equal Power Equal Voice (EPEV) is a partnership between Women's Equality Network (WEN) Wales, Stonewall Cymru, Disability Wales, and Ethnic Minorities & Youth Support Team (EYST) Wales.

Mentees from previous cohorts have stood in local elections, led campaigns, joined boards, become trustees and developed their projects, all while gaining confidence and knowledge through the programme. Our mentor pool includes Senedd members, members of public boards, and senior leaders from across the public and voluntary sectors.
