Student Recruitment Manager
We are seeking an experienced and target focussed student recruitment manager to join the Student Recruitment and Partnerships team at RWCMD. A key objective of this role will be to raise the profile of the College and support the growth of student admissions across priority areas. You will have experience in working in higher education and be able to identify business development opportunities to aid recruitment.
Based in Cardiff and on a hybrid basis, this role will provide you with an opportunity to utilise your full range of skills and experience in the continued development of the College. This is a permanent and full-time position. Job sharing can be considered.

Assistant Mental Health Advisor
We are looking to appoint a resilient and adaptable Assistant Mental Health Advisor. Working in a small team of neurodiversity and mental health professionals, the successful applicant will hold a caseload of students and deliver one-on-one support to students with diagnosed mental health conditions and those experiencing wellbeing difficulties. They will facilitate access to study and assist in promoting mental health awareness and guidance throughout the institution. They will support the Student Support Manager in the relevant day-to-day operation of the service.
Applicants will need to have relevant professional qualifications, a suitable professional membership, and be an experienced mental health practitioner. Experience working in adult education or community-based settings would be advantageous. Expertise in student mental health and wellbeing, and the difficulties facing students in a higher education context, is essential. Excellent IT and administration skills are required for the role.
Based in Cardiff and on a hybrid basis, this role will provide you with an opportunity to utilise your range of skills as a specialist mental health practitioner. This is a permanent and full-time position. Job sharing will be considered.
