A chance to feed into Welsh Government Disabled People's Rights Plan. Join Us and Share your Lived Experience Creatively!
Are you a Deaf, Disabled or Neurodivergent Person living in Wales?
Autistic UK and Disability Arts Cymru are working together to gather evidence for the Welsh Government's Disabled People's Rights Plan Consultation.
Join us for a creative online session designed to empower disabled people across Wales to tell Welsh Government what’s important to you in your life, and to have fun while you’re doing it.
Your insights and experiences are crucial in shaping the future of disability rights in Wales.
Our workshops will be accessible, inclusive, and creative and provide multiple ways for you to share your views in a way that meets your needs and your communication style.
We will be holding two online sessions:
July 17th 2025 1pm -3pm
BSL: Clare Anderson and Sam Hopkins
July 18th 2025 5.30pm-7.30pm
In addition to the two online events, on Monday 14th there will be an in-person event at The Old School Gallery, Ll63 5EJ Aberffraw, from 10-12 with the option to stay around to continue creating artwork (bring your own lunch). Basic art materials will be provided. BSL: Hannah Wilson.
